I bought earrings totalling $245.00 that were 9.0 citrine with a diamond trim. The first day I had them on one earring just fell right out of my ear after just putting my hair behind my ear. The second day, I lost that earring just putting on my jacket and walking to my car. Never found it! I made a complaint to Ross and Simons verbally. They could care less! More over I was promised a call form a manager and am still waiting for that call. They had really bad customer service. Now I'm stuck holding the bill, and no earring to show for it. read full review »
