I have tried contacting whomever with CENLAR on the approved loan modification prior to the bankrupcy filing by Taylor. I have called, I have sent emails, I have sent letters, all of which they say that is how they should be contacted. I have recevied zero responses. CENLAR's customer service is a joke and they seem to make every effort to frustrate their customers. They have no problem in sending out mail and loan payment request, just don't try an call them about anything. I am extemelly frustrated. It was a pleasure to speak with Taylor Bean.
