If you are trying to do a loan modification with Bank of AMerica prepare to spend at least 12 months and still not even have an answer yeah or neah. They are absolutely one of the worst banks to work with. They have so many 3rd party groups working for them that they don't know what each other is doing. You will either wait 6 months to finally have a package mailed to you once you have been pre-qualified and then when you finally get a package then you will get 3 or four from different places.
