I did not realize i was being charged the $159 fee and called to cancel my account. The account was never cancelled and the password I had used has never worked. No one from the company got back with me to explain how to "find" my password so I could use this account (thinking that I was not getting a refund). Now, I see the site has shut down and I have never been able to use it and have never been issued a refund. I usually do not buy over the internet and actually, this is the first time. Lesson learned. I would like to voice my complaint. read full review »
