Horrible just horrible banking customer service. I was charged hidden overdraft fees 3 times when I was told each time overdraft was canceled. Apparently this is how Bank of Fail works: overdraft is on = $35 overdraft fee overdraft is off = $35 returned item fee Not to mention the fat and disgusting "workers" and "manager" at each branch here. 95% of them are mexican and some otehr mixeds shit, looks like no white people left here. I haven't seen such thing from a single bank in Europe. As soon as my negative charge clears I am canceling my account. read full review »
