The store does not allow refunds. When I tried to get a refund, they wanted to charge me an additional $30. just to sent the boots back. Then I got an email saying no refunds were allowed. Although the product is supposed to be authentic Ugg boots, the product is stiff and hard and the top of the boot was narrow and didn't fit. I certainly do not recommend this site to anyone who is a fan of Ugg boots as purchased by othe online stores. read full review »
