This website is a disgrace!, keep well away from them. Some months back i ordered a trial pack, but they took about 2 weeks to deliver, and when it did arrive i decided to send it back in the same condition as it was not as described(different model! Despite numerous emails and phone calls (phone just rang out) they never got back to me regarding my refund!. Trading standards have tried to intervene but these people are just having a laugh.
