It was the first time to buy from that website and going to be the last. I bought MS Office and paid for it and never received it. They charged initially $8 for shipping and later requested an additional $20 and held the shipment until I paid the additional $20. I though for the extra money they will overnight it but instead they used USPS first class mail for less than$0.95 and for some reason it got lost in the mail. I have been trying to track the shipment for the last 2 weeks now, and all I am getting from this website is smart answers and comments in response to my repeated e-mails. read full review »
