I purchased an ASUS EEE PC from Best Buy in Ft Worth, Texas. 4 weeks later the lap top crashed. Took it back for warranty service and when it was received it was inoperable. Best Buy refused to take it back and told me I had to buy a recovery dvd to get it to work. ASUS the manufacture refused to send me a recovery dvd and wanted me to purchase one for $ 30.00. So now I have a new computer still under warranty that I can not use because neither the seller or the manufacturer will stand behind a written 1 year warranty. read full review »
