I rented a vehicle from this location for my sister to use on her & my mom's visit to the DC area. This was from the Peachtree village in Alexandria location. I dropped my sister off at the location and headed off to work after giving the location my credit card. They had to get the car ready and my sister had to wait. The car they gave her was "filthy" inside and she was told no one was available to clean up the car that day. She took the car and started to drive to my home in Alexandria to pick up mom.
