This company has a very poor return policy and their customer service department ranks as one of the lowest I have come across. All communication is conducted without names and they will not let you talk to speak with anyone. I would not recommend this company and would ask anyone looking to by snow chains for their car/SUV to look somewhere else. SCC Chains is a much better company to deal with (I spoke with them as well and they always seemed to be ready to help) and will give them my business in the future.
