We ordered and received replacement window sashes from Anderson, via Home Depot. Upon receipt we were surprised and dismayed to find they lacked necessary hardware (screws, lift cups) and we had to order this separately. This process was started in Sept. We have now been told that Andersen does not have the hardware in stock (for their own windows!), and so there will be indefinite further delay.
