On October 25 I ordered one DVD for $13.95. On that day my credit card was Charged $1. On October 26 my card was charged $14.05. On October 31 my card was charged $19.95. On November 23 I called them to ask what was up. They told me that the $19.95 was for my monthly membership dues. I knew nothing about the club and told them I did not want to be a member. They said they would refund one month's dues. I then asked what the $1. charge was for. They said that was a service fee to confirm my credit card and that they would refund it.
