I made a purchase through them and cancelled prior to shipping of the product, until today I have not recived the money. They claim that the seller has not sent the money for them, and if they don't send the Paymate will not pay me. They arbitrate the transaction and not liable for nothing! The service is primary, they report that take up to two days to reply, which is absurd, but in fact, they often take more than a week!
