Like all of us I was a victim too. When I ordered the product it was only suppose to cost me $4.99 for S&H. Since I completed the order online they were suppose to send me an email confirmation. I never received the email confirmation nor was my account charged $4.99. To add to it, I never received my trial. So I thought it was safe to assume that I didn't finish the online order.
