Unsolicited sales person attempted to sell us a contract, we did sign the contract for one months service, but refused the year long service. We were told it would be month to month. Later we discovered that the salesman forges my wifes signature on the bottom of the contract, and the company is now billing us for a years service. We are going to take this case to civil court, and present telephone and voice recordings lawfully taken.
