First I ordered a cell phone battery cover (2 day ship by air) and never received on the 3rd day emailed and called the company and was VERY hard to get a hold of someone, when I finally did I was told that my item was backordered and they didn't know when it would be shipped??? I never ONCE received an email stating this information. When I told "Elizabeth" the customer rep this- I was simplytold -ok what do you want US to do?? Incredible!!
