I rent a car from Thrifty Car Rental company at the airport of Augusta, Georgia in Nov of 2010. When I was driving at the highway normally, the light above the driver seat fell down by itself. I did nothing to the car before. When I returned the car to the company, I reported that, and thought I would not be liable for this. But to my surprise, I received an invoice of about $400.00 for the damage that was not caused by me. Thrify Car Rental company should check their cars very carefully before it rent the car out, and should not let innocent customers get hit by those hidden quality issue of their cars. read full review »
