Running non legal with no plates no DOT markings This carrier overcharges when bids are to be all inclusive he tacks on hidden fees like permits and insurance that was to be included. He state he is the #1 when clearly not his feedbacks are 89% not a 100% and many negatives Has a horible safty rating!!
