The company has been charging my account $14.95 per month that I did not authorize or desire. I have not used any services for this charge. Also, I have not been receiving the monthly statement. The current balance on my account is $71.85, all of which is the unauthorized $14.95 per month and late charges. Please remove all charges and late fees from my account. read full review »
