October 2010 Pay Phone Detroit to London ONT. Called family in Southern Ontario Canada from the airport payphone at DTW (Detroit, MI ), using my Bell Canada Phone Card. I did not do anything different that I have not done before when using my phone card in the US. About a month later I got my Bell Canada phone bill in and it showed a charge from IDL Telecom on it.
