Was suppose to come in a two hour window of time, didn't and was late The carpet samples of the "best" carpet were a very poor quality. her first estimate of a 12x12 bedroom was $1500, then she knocked it down with discounts to $1080. I still said that was really high so she called someone and got it down to $875 or $765 or the lower quality carpet. I said no thank you. Went straight to Home Depot and I'm getting a really nice push, thick carpet for less than $400, and the service was way better. Don't Use Umpire Today, it's all just a rip off. read full review »
