Among all the service providers for cell phones this has to be the worst. Purchased the straight talk phone for our daughter last year. By January they disconnected it. After a lengthy conversation, they admitted the problem was on their end. Since then it's happened three more times. Tonight we have spoken with the credit card company and they've taken the payment out and then disconnected the phone.
