In February, 2010, I sent Keepsake a box of my sister's funeral flower petals in order to make 2 bracelets. I have never heard from them. They were to contact me via email according to the directions. In June I tried to reach them and then again in November. No answer! It is unfortunate that a company would take advatage and advertise falsely when relatives are mourning. read full review »
