Company was recommended by my mom. I called them for a service call. The day they were suppose to come they called and said they would be two hours late. I waited two and half hours. I called told them to call me to reschedule. They came the next day the service tech alledgidly cleaned my furnice. He told me that when my bearing would go out on my furnace I would need a new furnace. I woke up Monday morning no furnace. I called a Trane dealer to see if it could be fixed.
