I recently tried there 7 day trial credit report/credit watch in which they charged me 1$ for a 7 day trial with options to quit or cancel at any time with no further charges, so i viewed my report and canceled that same day with success or so I thought. so about 10 days later I checked my credit card statement and seen a $19.95 charge to Privacymatters123.com. so I AGAIN called the same system but this time talking to a sales rep that told me they could not refund trial charges, I told them this was not a trial charge is was a monthly charge... read full review »
