This company is not who they claim to be! They sell defective products (blueant bluetooth) that come in a plastic baggy with no warranty or instructions... Yes, they sell cheap but the reason is that the product IS NOT bought directly from the manufacturer & if you are lucky to get one that works, great. if not, you must return it to the them or the maker for repair.
