We have been trying to get home phone service for the past 2 weeks with no such luck. Why can't someone help me? Why does everyone I talk to at verizon tell me something different and keep sending me from one dept to another? Why can't someone help us? I'm disabled and can't move there until a phone is installed and working. My husband is there working and working all day so no time to try to call Verizon.
