Its an absolute wonder who is running the business, Scott or JJ. Heaven forbid should you speak with the owner JJ who does not tell Scott (the gatekeeper) that a discussion took place let alone an appointment was set and you show up on that particular day. Where a helmet, because Scott goes into a tail spin! Never go around Scott, it messes up his daily routine let alone his neat piles of paper.
