Ordered SUV online and it went through just fine. Get to counter in LA and we are told that both my husband & I are labeled "undesirable customers" & they cannot rent to us. No explanation & told that department is closed on Saturdays so you will have to rent from somewhere else. Asked if maybe we had an outstanding issue regarding an accident from previous rentals that was years before! We told her no. As far as we knew we were in good standing with Fox.
