I was a return customer of this site. My previous experience (3/2010) was flawless and I felt as though I saved much money over buying remanufactured or new ink cartridges elsewhere. But, this time (7/2010) things didn't go so well. I ordered 1 color and 2 black ink cartridges. After almost two weeks I contacted InkMyJets.com and inquired about the status of my order.
