In 2009 LaVelle Ward reached out to me regarding a real estate transaction. He was polite, excited, and full of enthusiasm. Too much so actually.. it was refreshing at first but it seemed like he was really pouring it on thick. His stories were just too big if you know what I mean. Doing due diligence it wasn't hard to learn that Lavelle was a con-man and a scam artist. I've found several people that he had screwed over throughout the years.
