Here is my CheapOAir story: I booked a flight in November '08 to fly from San Diego to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Cheapoair had the best deal. A few days later they called saying that I needed to verify my credit card information. I called, could barely understand the person I was speaking to, and they ended up increasing the price by $200. This price put them on par with the prices on Orbitz and Expedia so I just went with it. The flight was Delta Airlines to Atlanta then Orlando, JetBlue from Orlando to Aguadilla.
