Purchased a new 3000 Series Maytag Front-Load Washing Machine, and after less that 1 yr of use a loud banging noise began when the internal drum would spin. It would only get worse as the drum speed increased. After talking to the Maytag Service Line, I was treated rudely as if it was my fault. A technician was sent to my home and after the first visit I spent $500+ for parts and labor to get the suggested repair - it did not work.
