I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for Christmas on 11/30/2008. The order has not arrived. The seller will not contact me with any information other than the original order confirmation. I was charged for the amount of the order by FRESHPAIROFNIKES. The website has been taken down. The phone number associated with the charge is to Fresh Pair of Nikes and is tied to a mobile phone.
