I have not used my membership for over a year. I had been meaning to cancell or freeze, but never got around to it. Any way, I recently had to get a new debit card due to unrelated fraudulent activity and at that time tried to go ahead and update my account, but again, they do not provide access to e-mail. When phone msgs started pouring in from them and today a threatening letter/bill I was upset. There is no way they can hold me accountable forever??? I signed no lifetime contract and they make it impossible to cancel/freeze! read full review »
