After recieving the heater on nov. 23 2010, I plug it in and whated for the heat to warm my family room that is 21'x18' sq.ft and after 112 hours it still did not heat up, I assured it would be enough it with 12'ft. ceilng, but I'am still waiting and it begain to rattle and at point I'am not please at all and after speaking to a Rep.
