I was recently looking for some information on the warranty status of an obviously dead laptop. I didn't think it was under warranty for my client, but I thought I'd give it a shot to see. The online chat session said something about for warranty customers only so I figured that would confirm or deny the warranty status or not. I was wrong. I wasted about 45 minutes of my time.
