I ordered my 16 month old a Hippie Costume in early October to wear for Halloween. I ordered and paid online via PayPal. The next day I received an email notification that the item was out of stock. I asked for an immediate refund. I was told by customer reps MANY times that my refund was being processed. However, it's already November 28 and I still have not received a refund. Basically I paid for an item I never received. This company is fradulent and a rip off. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COSTUME CRAZE!!! read full review »
