My home is in foreclosure. My income was drastically reduced, applied for a loan modification. After months of going back and forth with BAC, submitting the forms twice, being told to just keep checking, being told by three different reps on three different times my paperwork was finally with the underwriters, then being told by another it wasn't, I was then denied and told to try again.
