I just went to the shell gas station near my house to get gas and cash in 3 scratch off lottery tickets and ran into the worst service attendant I ever had. I put my tickets on the counter and the guy threw them back at me telling me I had to scratch off the claim numbers and before I could tell him I didnt know where the numbers were and that I didnt care about the $3.00 and to just give me the gas I wanted he called the next customer in line up to the counter and wouldnt let me finish buying the gas... he refused to help me. I'll never go to another shell station again unless I'm stranded. read full review »
