Unable to contact, My son paid for a one month deal to X Box live and now we are direct debited every three months at $29.95. This is not agreed to nor is there any information regarding contact details, account access, or any information supporting a billing process or to notify us of being able to stop this fee. I contacted the bank and they are unable to stop it from this end due to the set up of it. I am most concerned to see online this is a usual event.
