I discovered that I have being billed $15.99 from stamps.com x 2 months. When it appeared the 1st month, I thought it was from stamps I bought at the post office. The second month, I knew something was wrong. Then I remembered a few months ago I had tried to re-order paper stamps to be mailed to my house, and something went wrong on the website and my computer froze up...
