I have tried to get missing and shipping damaged parts sent to me. Their phone numbers can't be reached in my area (USA) and their e mail response is to return it to where I bought it. That means paying over a hundred dollars in shipping because the can't act on their warranty and ship six screws and a small pane of glass. DO NOT BUY DIMPLEX>>THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR PARTS WARRANTY HERE IN AMERICA in my experience. read full review »
