I was charged for a trial offer $2.95. Seven days later I was charged $87.13 for more product. Today I was told I cannot cancel because I am now past the 10 day trial period cancellation. I waited 40 minutes for an operator that I couldn't understand to answer my call!! The email I received for the trial did not state a trial period or cancellation window. I still haven't received any product. The supervisor (who I waited another 20 minutes for) told me that was my problem, they do not guarantee receipt of the product. I find their... read full review »
