I paid $1.98 s&h for information on grants on 2/4/09. On 2/14/09 I noticed a $69.95 charge to my account. I called the # that was attached and explained that I did not agree to any such order and was told by catherine emp#2134 that I would receive a charge back to my account within 2-3 days. That did not happen. I also called my bank and faxed a wriiten letter of the unauthorized charge to my account.
