I have experienced not 1 or 2 or even 3 situations of poor customer service within 2 months from this walmart store. I wrote to the company and they could not even reply to my complaint. I am proud to say that I spent all of Black Friday in every store EXCEPT walmart. I would rather pay $1 more and shop at a store that understands customer service.
