I feel compelled to write this as I have never encountered such a rude, inappropriate and downright lousy treatment in any of my consumer experiences to date. I dropped my car off at the reccomendation of a few people I know who have had him do some minor mechanical work on their vehicles (plugs/distrubutor/ fuel pump replacement etc).
