I ordered the PREMIUM arrangement to be sent to my sister for her 25th anniversary party. She received a SMALL arrangement. I called to complain that I had been charged for the largest arrangement but received the smallest and would like them to change the charges accordingly. Their best offer was to give me $20 off my next purchase. I am very disappointed in this customer service. read full review »
