TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Friday morning at approximately 9am Maria Bell took her 2003 Dodge Caravan (Green) to the Fannin Street Sears Automotive for an oil change and transmission fluid service. During servicing she noticed they took off in her vehicle for what seemed over 15 minutes. After the servicing she heads out for Thanksgiving weekend in Austin, Texas.
